Shipping & Returns

Excess shipping charges:
I charge the exact cost for shipping and any overages you are charged will be refunded at the time of shipping. It's impossible to estimate shipping for multiple items and most of the time you will be overcharged because it totals the shipping for each item. I haven't figured away around this so my only option at this point is simply to refund the excess.
Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I can usually have items shipped in 1-2 business days. I don't ship on weekends. 
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products 
  • Digital downloads
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
